EDIFI'CE, founded in March 2024 by twin siblings Edacan KULAK and Sedacan KULAK , who are aspiring civil engineers, is a new generation building transformation platform established to solve the two biggest crises of the real estate and construction sector – "high transformation costs and immeasurable energy losses" – with end-to-end technology and financing models.

We completely eliminate the capital barrier with our $0 CapEx (Energy as a Service - EaaS) model. We eliminate the costs of green and smart building transformations, especially for commercial buildings. We verify the savings achieved through our IoT infrastructure and SaaS platform transparently 24/7. Building owners pay only from the savings achieved (Pay-from-Savings) without incurring any financial risk and experience positive cash flow from day one.

EDIFI'CE, thanks to the first integrated system it established in Turkey; It enables contractors to increase sales speed and profit by adding smart technologies to their projects, increases property value and reduces utility bills by transforming existing structures for individual users , and ultimately offers accessible green housing to local buyers by purchasing and renovating structures themselves, while also attracting foreign investors.
